MONETIC sells real estate through the collection of offers, where interested parties are invited to submit their offers to the contact person listed in the advertisement of each property. Tenders must contain the name and surname of the tenderer, the offered price, validity, and a signed statement of whether the tenderer is buying the property for himself or acting on behalf of a third party. We will consider each offer separately as soon as possible.

The price in the ad is the advertised price and does not constitute a binding offer for the seller. The seller will enter into contract negotiations with the best bidder.

The seller reserves the right to change the method of sale at any time. In the event of a different method of sale, either by public tender or auction, the conditions of the tender/auction (date for submission of tenders, date of the auction, amount of security, starting price, etc.) will be published separately. The seller is not obliged to accept any offer at any time during the sale procedure, regardless of the price or form of offer, nor at any time during the sales or advertised procedure, until the explicit conclusion of the sales contract, can the seller accept any offer. The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale process at any time, without being obliged to state the reasons for cancellation to any bidder or other person and without any liability for damage that may occur to any person in this regard. MONETIC does not guarantee errors in the sale of real estate and sells real estate in a "bought as seen" manner. At the same time, we reserve the exclusive right to reject all bids received and to repeat or extend the sale process.
